Aura links from Confluence don't work on Jira service management

Hi 

We're building a external customer support portal and we wanted to use Aura for designing our landing pages. But when we link the aura buttons/ cards/ any other feature, it appears broken and doesn't open the intended page.

 

Could you help us out? Does it work for JSM?
