Agree with @Anita Laughter - can be a huge time saver. Does it support template inheritance. Would save time when creating related templates.

@Ulrich Kuhnhardt _IzymesCo_  Thanks for providing feedback and support! We do not have inheritance within our templates. However, we do support 3 level parent and child relationships within an issue hierarchy. 

Our hierarchy builder allows for relationships as follows:

  • Level 1: Epic
  • Level 2: Task, Story, Bug
  • Level 3: Subtask
