I have 4 subtasks in a story. 2 of them are in Done status and the other 2 are in Pull Request status. Although the board is set up correctly, I don't see the subtasks that are in PR status in the PR column. Here are the things I checked
1. Checked the board settings and make sure the PR column includes stories in Pull Request status.
2. Compared the subtasks that are shown to the ones that are not shown. There is no difference in terms of any fields.
3. Made sure the board settings, swimlanes are set up correctly.
Any idea why this is happening?
Thank you in advance,
Miné
Hi @Mine Esen
May I know if you have changed the Board filter and have you checked issue filter is displaying all the subtasks in the Advanced JQL Issue Search
Hi @Pramodh M
I appreciate your answer. Your answer made me check the Board filter and I realized I am not including any stories or subtasks that are in Pull Request status. Now it is fixed.
Thanks so much,
Miné
