There were some great questions and discussions about best practices for managing work in the hierarchy, especially subtasks. What are your tips for making sense of all your work?
For me, subtasks are supporting pieces of work that make the task feel more manageable. You can also map dependencies and blockers to make sense of the order things need to happen in for the task to be completed. Sometimes, you might be blocked by another team, so it's really important to make that visible and clear.
It was also great to see your interest in the different project views like calendar. What's your favorite view?
