You will be interested in this position if you are a seasoned Java developer who lives in Madrid or wants to come to Spain's capital.

Our Atlassian Apps Developer has the following skills:

  • Technical requirements:
    • Java.

    • JavaScript.
    • Html.

  • Non-technical requirements:
    • Customer oriented! You'll always be working on different custom projects for clients.
    • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Given our relationship with Atlassian and other partners, you'll have to establish technical communications with them.

    • Self-improvement.
    • Willingness to be your boss. At DEISER you will take your own decisions. We want you to try hard without fearing failure because that's the way to success.

The Atlassian Apps Developer will be part of an agile and interdisciplinary team. Will be in charge of developing best possible attributes to the products we are continually improving and creating, so our customers enhance their journey with the Atlassian tools.

The following skills are not required, but we'll admire you (a lot) for them:

  • Some knowledge/experience with scripting languages: Groovy, Ruby, Python, Bash, etc...
  • Readiness to travel throughout Europe, the US and Spain to attend conferences and trade shows. We go to many of them, including the Atlassian Summit!

Benefits:

  • Open-ended contract.
  • Negotiable salary between 26K € - 40K € gross annual. We'll be very demanding with new candidates, but if we like what you can do, compensation won't be a problem. We want you to be 100% motivated to work with us!
  • 22 days of vacations, plus December 24th and 31st.
  • Possibility to work remotely, when the situation allows for it.
  • On-going training, including Atlassian certifications, language lessons, and anything else that suits your career development needs.
  • Complete transparency with the financial goals of your team and all other areas from day 1.
  • Attend international Atlassian events, including the Atlassian Summit, Partner Days, AtlasCamp, Connect Week, and so on.
  • Don't depend on hierarchies: be your own boss, work with the team and don't ask for approval on your decisions when you're sure about what you're doing.
  • No ceiling for your career! As a new member of the DEISER Team, you'll have the chance to get involved in other areas of DEISER and grow into the professional you want to be.
  • Do you have any hobby, personal situation or professional expectation? Tell us, and we'll help you conciliate it with your position.

The hiring process:

  • We'd like to hire someone as soon as possible, but the process may take several weeks and will include at least two interviews: one with our people manager, and a second with one or more members of the service team. They will assess your technical skills and answer any doubts you may have about DEISER: how we work, what to expect of the company, what does a typical day look like, etc.

If you think you can offer this and more, don't wait a minute and apply here >> http://bit.ly/javaDevDEISER

We can't wait to meet you!
