Job Description:

Job Title:  Atlassian Administrator (ITEKJP00020706)

Location:  Remote

Duration: 8 months to begin with

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience with Atlassian Products ( Jira, Confluence, Bit Bucket)
• Training users on how to appropriately utilize Atlassian SW.
• Analyze how well software, hardware, and the wider IT system fit the business needs.
• Write requirements for new systems and may also help implement them and monitor their effectiveness.
• oversee migration ensuring there is minimal interruption to business as usual throughout the transition.
• Write queries within the product suite to assist with migration and content segregation or deletion
• Writing instruction manuals for systems
• Consulting with managers to determine what role the systems play in the business
• Testing Atlassian Products pre-post migration.
• Choosing and configuring the hardware and software of a system

Minimum Educational Requirement:

BS degree in Computer Science or STEM-related field.
