1-3 years of hands-on experience working with the Atlassian product suite, with a specific focus on JIRA as a Project/Application Administrator.
Has been part of client migrations from other Service desk platforms such as Remedy to Jira Service Management
Good and sound understanding of ITSM core areas

Integrations with Reporting tools such as Qlik
