I'm currently assisting one of the biggest, if not, the biggest name in the tech sector. They’re looking for an experienced Confluence Expert, to join their team in Sunnyvale, CA.
The successful candidate will have experience in the following:
Confluence admin experience (expert level)
expert with key macros: Excerpts, Page Properties, Labels, Tables, Jira, iframe
deep understanding of how access works at site, space, and page level
able to import/export spaces and run Python scripts (nice to have)
Jira admin experience (junior level)
has been a Jira administrator for 1-2 years
understand JQL query syntax, Agile boards, and basic admin functions
Customer-facing support experience
answering general questions about Confluence macros
answering general question about Jira issues helping with access requests
good at concisely answering questions; will provide the right answer, not the easiest answer
Job Type: Contract
Rate: $33ph
Location: Sunnyvale, California
Duration: Initially 6 Months
Start date: ASAP
