- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Given our relationship with Atlassian and other partners, you'll have to establish technical communications with them.

The Atlassian Apps Developer will be part of an agile and interdisciplinary team. Will be in charge of developing best possible attributes to the products we are continually improving and creating, so our customers enhance their journey with the Atlassian tools.
The following skills are not required, but we'll admire you (a lot) for them:
- Experience in consulting IT projects with Atlassian tools: user training, tool implantation, support.
- Academic achievements: MBAs, PhDs, Atlassian certifications and certifications related to project management (SCRUM Master, PMI, etc.) technical and computing engineering.
- Experience developing apps for the Atlassian Marketplace.
- Some knowledge/experience with scripting languages: Groovy, Ruby, Python, Bash, etc...
- Readiness to travel throughout Europe, the US and Spain to attend conferences and trade shows. We go to many of them, including the Atlassian Summit!
Benefits:

- Negotiable salary between 26K € - 40K € gross annual. We'll be very demanding with new candidates, but if we like what you can do, compensation won't be a problem. We want you to be 100% motivated to work with us!

The hiring process:
- We'd like to hire someone as soon as possible, but the process may take several weeks and will include at least two interviews: one with our people manager, and a second with one or more members of the service team.
