Working at Automation Consultants
- Perform front and back-end development on products and applications
- Assist in the design of new products and interfaces in existing products
- Share knowledge and new methods or technologies with the team
- Performance testing (unit and front-end)
- Get involved with the management of the infrastructure (Docker, Jenkins, AWS)
- Opportunity to travel for international events and training
- Ongoing training and accreditations in the latest tools and technologies
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a number of programming languages, frameworks and tools, including; Java, TypeScript (JavaScript), Python, React, AWS and Kubernetes
- A relevant and strong degree, within a Computer Science based subject
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills • Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Demonstrable personal development projects – e.g. Open Source and GitHub
- A knowledge of Atlassian software is beneficial – e.g. Jira, Trello, Confluence, Bitbucket
