[FILLED] Atlassian Administrator - Remote position (US only) - Full time

Evolent Health is looking for an Atlassian administrator. This is a US-based remote position and will report to the Associate Director (AD) of Technical Operations. 

The position requires client-facing experience with a focus on production support of Jira, Confluence, and Crowd. Experience with server/data-center is strongly preferred.

The Administrator is accountable for implementation, support, administration, and maintenance of Evolent Health's Atlassian tools, including but not limited to: handling support tickets, producing reports, managing integrations with other applications, facilitating requirements and design sessions with functional users, end-user training, and documenting system configurations.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience with administration of Atlassian applications
• Skills required: JQL, SQL & REST APIs.
• Experience supporting datacenter/server-based Atlassian applications Jira, Confluence, and Crowd
