opsgenie.com alerts - disable

Please help me disable those alerts. I do not want to receive them. Me and anyone in the team.

Hello Anna,

I faced the same issue and here is my two proposals to solve it :

  • In Project Settings / Features : you can disable Alerts and the work category Incident management if you do not need the related queues.

  • You can disable the email addresses of your agents in the Opsgenie settings :
    • In Project Settings / Features / Alerts, click on the Alerts by Opsgenie link to access to Opsgenie.
    • Then go to Settings / People / Users. You will be able to access to each profil of your team.

    • Disable the email address of your team member in the Notification tab.
