Using https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/How-to-change-order-of-statuses-in-a-Two-Dimension-filter/qaq-p/320423 to put status in required order
I have two status that will not allow any other status to be moved below or above them. One is a status Withdrawn - (Done) and the other is Has Precedent (To Do).
No matter what i do or how many times i use the up or down arrow they will not move. Same goes for any status listed below - i can move upwards until they meet these two. Ditto for status above. Help very welcome as i do not want Withdrawn as the first shown stauts in dashboard gadgets. thanks
