When the assignee changes status to Complete, sometimes it will Reopen with no comments triggering the reopen.
-Assignee comments on issue to say we are closing ticket.
-Assignee will change status to Complete.
-Ticket will auto reopen within seconds.
We wonder if the comment was not processed completely before changing status.
Looking at your image it shows that there is an automation rule responsible for reopening. Check the rule for why (conditions).
