When i try and click into a queue it only ever takes me to the Project Settings

I have just joined a company who has setup the free JIRA Service Management, but when i try and view the queue all i get access to is the Project Settings, anyone have ideas about what i could try and get access to the queue?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Can you show us the screen where you are clicking something to "view the queue" and point out what you are clicking on to view the queue?

And then please show us the screen that actually displays.
