My organization employs Time to SLA in Jira Software. Since I'm new to Jira, I'm unsure if it's a third-party app. My question is, how can I utilize Time to SLA for my new project? I've already created a screen and workflow. Can someone guide me through the process step by step?

The term SLA is usually used in Jira Service Project, but not in Jira Software project. What do you want to fulfill with what SLA in software project then?
