Hi we have a requirement where we want to send Issue/ticket (raised via request through email) update notifications to multiple emails that are in CC in ITSM in Cloud .By default we are able to do it for a single mail mentioned in CC. Is there any way where I can achieve it. Thank you.
When you CC someone in the email that creates an issue they should be added as Request Participants which would then include them in any notifications. Now there are some configurations that could get in the way of this but generally out of the box the default ITSM template should achieve this. One question is are those on the cc list existing customers?
