Hi Team,
We have request from a user to get general access to all projects we have in our Jira cloud.
The access should facilitate an aggregated view of the projects in Jira to enable Risk Management determining if Risk should be involved into a respective project. Therefor insights in Jira projects is crucial.
How Can I achieve this? Please help me ASAP.
Regards,
Anu
Your administrators will need to go over every project, checking the permission scheme, and adding this user to the project in a way that the permissions say lets people in.
One common pattern we see with experienced Jira admins is to have a role called "read only", and a standard line in every permission scheme for "Browse project: Role: Read only". To meet your request, all your admins need to do is add the user to that role in each project.
