Hi JSM experts,
I had a request of reports for customers. We have nearly 90 customers (Organizations in JSM). We have one support project for all 90 customers.
Each customer supposed to receive a monthly report which include new issues, open issues and closed issues for this month.
My questions are
Any suggestion would be appreciated.

that would be indeed a lot of work every week. If you're fine with a marketplace I'd highly recommend our reporting app Exply :) You could create a Dashboard for each customer (one-time work) and then share the corresponding Dashboard with your customers (No Jira-Account required). The reporting period can be set to "last week". The report will automatically be up to date and your customers can save the shared link and look at the report whenever they want.

P.S. We also have a "send this Dashboard regularly via e-mail" in our backlog. But this needs some more thinking before we can work on it. (Ideas highly welcome :))
