My company would like to move from wirke into the Jira cloud version. I have seen a few posts on this topic but no answer yet which helps me.
I have tried the csv export and import and this works relatively well, main downside is you are missing the comments and attachtments from wrike. Is there any simple way to transfer all items to Jira including comments and attachments?
Hi @r.houwing - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Have you seen/tried the built in Write to Jira Business Projects integration? If you go to Projects > Create Project - scroll all of the way down on the left and choose Import data.
There you can see the option for Wrike. But it looks like the regular CSV import of the data. You would need to setup the custom fields and schemes in Jira first.
Hello @John Funk ,
Indeed this works quite well, but unfortunately the export from wrike is to excel and missing all comments and attachments. So i was hoping there might be a better option to save those, but it seems not.

Well, that stinks. Did you contact Wrike support to see if they have a way to export those?

Hi @r.houwing have you seen these community posts regarding the topic?

As a comment was made in one of those posts, I'm not aware of a direct plugin for the migration. There's a few articles on integration, are you currently integrated with Jira? Maybe you can do that to get your data over.
Hope that helps.

Hello! @Dan Breyen
Indeed I saw those posts, one of them was the export import I mentioned, excluding comments and attachtments.
The other one is sharing alink for a potential 2 way sync between the two. We tried this in the past but this wont solve the migration of the data.
Currently we are not syncing any data to Jira so basically those projects are fully filled in wrike, Jira is empty.
