Is there a way to use automation with JAR warnings?

Hi, I'm thinking of creating an automatic action in Jira Automation to send an email to the Assignee of an Initiative every time a warning shows up (one of their yellow triangles on the left of the Initiative on Jira Advanced Roadmaps).

Is there a way to get this warning as a trigger in Jira Automation?

As automation rules use issue (and other object) events and the REST API to perform actions, I hypothesize there is no way to detect the warnings for an advanced roadmap plan within a rule.  (There is no public REST API for advanced roadmap that I could find as an alternative to rule triggers.)
