Is there a way to import issues from a CSV to a next-gen project?

We've been experimenting with the Next-gen project feature and we really like the roadmap to epics feature but it will be a harder sell to transition if we have to transfer issues manually. Hoping there's an easier way.

Can you kindly provide more details on what you are trying to achieve since I am not sure that importing issues from CSV would be the best option?

However, in order to answer your question, importing issues from CSV to next-gen projects is possible as long as you don't map any custom field in the Next-Gen project. This is because of the below bug:

• [JRACLOUD-70949] CSV import will fail if Next-gen custom field is mapped

Please review above bug ticket for details. You may also want to vote and watch it in order to be updated in case of any progress.
