Is there a way to fetch the last activity of the users using Python?

Deleted user May 6, 2021

Hi Team,

JIRA + Python, is there a way we can get the last activity of the users in the organization. It would be really helpful to have it.

Thanks,

Vishal.

The REST API does not yet expose any form of user activity tracking.  The best you can do is look for issues that have been updated by someone and read their histories and comments.

Hi @[deleted] ,

As an alternative you can use Manage User for Jira app developed by our team.

With "Manage Users for Jira", you can

  • List all users, search and sort them by name, active status.
  • Deactivate/activate users individually or in bulk.
  • Increase security with recertification of product access rights.

Hope it helps.
