I am planning to get a JIRA DC cert, just out of curious if it's worth to get ACP-610 where ACP-100 seems cover most topics.
@Dan Koh It is worth reviewing the "Exam Topics & Resources" guides (in PDF format) that are found on both the ACP-100 and ACP-610 exam pages. These will show you precisely all the knowledge and skills being tested on each exam and help you decide the best route to take. They also contain reference links to help you prepare. Good luck!
I had the same question for myself, but on the cloud branch.
For me, the decisive factor was that each certificate examines a different target area.
That's why I did both and covered the topics of project and system administration.
Just my 2 cents

Hi @Dan Koh
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
ACP-100 Certification covers the skills needed to configure and manage Jira Data Center to support any development or business team, where as ACP-610 is for Project Administrators who are experts at configuring and optimizing Jira Software’s Scrum and Kanban projects for their teams.
I would say it is good to have ACP-610 but not mandatory if you already know the project configuration part and may skip it if you are comfortable with the topics such as JQL, reports, dashboards and gadgets, project and global permissions and issue-level security, managing sprints/releases, configuring boards etc.
