I'm a JIRA user and I can not figure out how to enable SubTasks in the Backlog view. We use a Company-Managed project, and we use Scrum. At one point, the ability to view Subtasks in the Backlog view was enabled, but then it disappeared. I can't figure out how to get it back. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot?
Since you use company-managed project, please check this page.
Thank you @Tansu Akdeniz .... I don't have the 'enhance my board and backlog'
in the View Settings so I am not sure how to turn this on. I wonder if there is some setting elsewhere that i need to look at.

You can see the subtasks, embedded below the parent task with a '>'. Click on the '>' to see the tasks and its subtasks in the backlog view.
Hope this helps.

This solution only works for Jira Cloud projects I guess.
