How to get linked Zephyr scale cloud test case ID of a JIRA issue?

Hi, we have JIRA and Zephyr scale cloud - installed as a plugin, accessible on link like

https://mydomain.atlassian.net/projects/MYPROJECT?selectedItem=com.atlassian.plugins.atlassian-connect-plugin:com.kanoah.test-manager__main-project-page#!/v2/testCase/165805658

We linked our zephyr test cases to JIRA issues (visible in the tickets at "Zephyr Scale" section) via Tracebility

I'm able to get the JIRA issue ID from a test case, via zephyr rest API, like

GET https://api.zephyrscale.smartbear.com/v2/testcases/MYPROJECT-T1

See: https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-scale-cloud/api-docs/#tag/Test-Cases/operation/getTestCase

But I would like to get it reverse: get the zephyr test case ID of a single JIRA issue, but cannot find any solution.

Tried with JIRA Rest API v3, example

https://mydomain.atlassian.net/rest/api/3/issue/123456

but the response doesn't contain any details about the linked zephyr test case (ID)

I don't know if this is possible, but for supporting information, I know that it's not possible to use JQL to query between Jira & Scale in the Cloud version, whereas it is possible to do that in the Server/DC version.  That info might or might not be useful! 😊
