Hi @sinnovate b , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.
What you're going to be able to retrieve with JQL depends on what, if any, Zephyr data you have stored in the Jira issues.
For example, of my customers uses Zephyr extensively for testing. They indicate in the Jira issues, such as bugs or requirements, the test plan that the Jira issues are associated with. If you also have a configuration like this, you should be able to retrieve all the Jira issues for example with a certain test plan.
However, test cases are app data of Zephyr. If you want to know which test cases are associated with which test plans, this is a query you'll have to do in Zephyr as the test cases are issues that only exist in the app of Zephyr and are not indexed to be searched in Jira with JQL.
If I have misunderstood what you are asking or you're still in doubt about what to do, please either reach out to the vendor of Zephyr for help https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1014681/zephyr-squad-test-management-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=support and / or check out the product documentation here https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-squad-cloud/docs/?lang=en
Best wishes
