How to export issues with attachments

Hi Team 

we are migrating Borads from atlanssan Jira cloud to Azure Devops  and we are using 

solidify migrator though this migrator we are facing issues as we are not able to use APT tokens .. so how can we export with curl command to expoort issue with attachment can you please help
