How to export a report or dashboard for team capacity (Available vs occupied)

Question

Q1 - We need to generate a report based on work efficiency, need to check whether any of teammates are overloaded or how much capacity available for remaining days of current year.

Q2 - Need to restricted some keys in the sub task or task issues like user can not be able to modify the target start, target end or due date.

The “Resource Utilization Report” by ActivityTimeline helps to understand whether your resources are utilized to the fullest extent, track workload, and prevent the work over- or underload.

The report is available on both team & individual levels to see the total available & used capacity.

As for the second question, you can configure it in Jira permissions.

Tempo also has a resource allocation and capacity management app called Capacity Planner

With Capacity Planner, you're able to view the capacity of specific team members by day and week.

The green bars mean a team member is fully allocated for the day.

The yellow means that there is still some time left in their day to allocate.

The read means that they are overloaded.

You can then export this and Capacity Planner provides you with this .csv report

Capacity Planner

With the add-on you can :

* Maintain the team members daily capacity in a template and decide work allocation.
* Define resource leaves.
* Plan capacity either for time estimates or story points.
* Check the effort progress of the resource and make decisions accordingly.
* Track the actual time spent per task
