We are using labels to pre-assign incidents and service requests to different groups within our IT department. I am wondering if there is a way to make the Labels field updateable from the unassigned queue (or any queue) so that we don't have to select each incident, add the appropriate label, save it then close the incident? From our queue we can assign the ticket to one of our technicians or change the status. Is there a way to allow the Labels field to be editable (via the drop-down list) in a similar fashion?
