Would like to change the user who creates the comments on tickets to be a generic user/bot name rather than actual employee name. It will not allow any other options to be selected. We have already created the user we would like to have run the rule.

Please check the user management if such user exist or ask with your site admin, you may also search by user name i.e user login instead of name and surname.
