Hi, Do we have any Python script to find out the last 30 days inactive users in Jira Software.

Hi, Do we have any Python script to find out the last 30 days inactive users in Jira Software , Cloud Version in the users list, If yes could you please help me out on that i am trying to do some but its not working. trying to run in Visual studio code.

@Rama  Welcome to the community!

I don't think there are API's available to fetch non active user (users who haven't performed any action). But you can always find details like,

  • Get all users,
  • User who commented on an issue in past 30 days,
  • User who mutated issues in past 30 days

Now if you combine all these results you will results which are some what near to what you want to fetch.
