Error with X-Ray Document while generating test execution report

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
While trying to generate a test execution report the X-ray Document generator is getting stuck at 78% completion... and throwing error sometime later without getting 100% completed. Here is the screenshot of the error. Could you please suggest how to get this fixed?
