Total tickets.
Tickets +3 days.
Tickets +10 days.
Tickets Request.
Tickets Errors.
Create another similar Dash Board with:
Request Hardware.
Request Software.
Hardware Error.
Software Error.
Request new users.
Request User cancellation.
Create another Dash Board with:
Tickets created vs tickets closed monthly
Tickets created vs tickets closed daily
Create another Dash Board with:
Average closed and be able to have a backlog.
Median (most repeated number) and have a backlog.
Create another Dash Board with:
Which gives me a breakdown of the time spent in a particular state and assigned to a technician.
