It seems this is a cache issue on the local browser side. I use Chrome and did the following to clear them:

  1. `Inspect` the page
  2. Go to `Application` tab in the `Inspection` panel.
  3. Expand `Local Storage` drop down under `Storage`
  4. Right click on `<company>.atlassian.net` and select `Clear`
  5. Refresh the page

Where do I view sprints if they are not shown in the backlog view?

Hi, Christy, could you share where you're seeing GS Sprint 1 as completed?

The most likely cause is that it was not completed, you should be able to see if it's still showing on the Board and whether the option to complete it is available.

Cheers!

In the ticket dropdown as shown above. The sprint is completed and not showing in the backlog, only in the ticket dropdown shown above.

Thanks

HI, @Christy Small , the Sprint may belong to a different board. Could you look it up on other boards?

If there are no issues from your current board filter that match a Sprint created on a different board, then that Sprint will not show up in your backlog.
