Comments are not saved when resolving issue

Hi,

recently we've started using JIRA Cloud.

Our problem is that comments written on the screen, which is being shown while closing issues (transition to "finish" status), are not saved - there are not visible after transition. There's no error message visible - every other field defined on the screen changes its value properly

In the post functions in the transition I can see a default function:

"Add a comment to an issue if one is entered during a transition."

All configuration seems to be ok.

The problem is the same in all our workflows.

And it occurs only while resolving issues - any other status changes (i.e. new -> in progress) with its transition screens are saving comments properly,

Figured it out - the problem was with status properties and  jira.permission.comment.user setting

Did you click on the save button Bleach?

Of course...

As I wrote above - every other field value changed on that screen updates properly. also status changes properly. The only problem is comment.
