Change the default order for issues' comments stream in the Customer Portal

Hi Team,

 

In the Customer Portal, the customers see the new comments at the bottom. Is there a way for them to change the order so they see the new comments on the top? Or maybe is there a way for admins to change the configuration so the comments in the Customer Portal are sorted from newest to oldest?

I changed the configuration to "desc" as suggested in the following article, but it didn't change anything in the customer portal's view.

Hi @Lizzeth Campos I believe JSDCLOUD-8484 is your issue.  This was entered to change the default sort order. I would agree, putting the newest sooner would be more customer friendly.

I would suggest voting for and watching it for updates.

I also voted for it.  There are almost 400 votes now.
