Automation rule based on the condition of custom field

Guys, I need your help! 

It looks like a straightforward rule but whatever I have tried does not work! 

I have a custom field "Rating" (let's call it customfield_10001). 

When an issue is created or updated the value is automatically calculated for the field. 

Now I need to create a condition showing that if this value is above 12 then --> an action is to send an email!

That is it! My brain is boiling but I cannot find a solution. Nothing works for me.

I have done exactly what you proposed... but I'm getting "No Action" message in the Audit! What is suspect is that my custom field value is a result of the automation rule as well.
