My case scenario is that I need an automation rule to edit a custom field upon ticket creation based on another field value.
Unfortunately I do not see the field value picker from issue fields conditions which has a type "Select List (cascading)".
I have try the Advance compare condition, I have set for example following condition as per attachment, but the field value to be edited does not populate automatically. According to the audit log for automation, there was no action performed and this message was given "The following issues did not match the condition:"
