I am trying to create an email automation that triggers when the Assignee on a ticket changes. I'd like it to show who assigned the ticket and then who they assigned it to. I am having trouble finding the Smart Value to use for the initial Assignor of the ticket. Does anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this?

{{initiator.displayName}} will give you the person who did the change. Assigned by in your example.
