Given a Jira on premise environment with just a few apps (the most used according the marketplace), which is the best way for you to plan a disaster recovery?

Backup db, home and installation folders. And restore system from it

thank you for your answer. You can surely restore an atlassian product in this way but it is probably not the best disaster recovery plan. For small customers with little budget it might be a good plan. What if the customer have some more budget? Would you offer different environments with custom sync between them or would you offer a data center?
