Unable to save changes to personal settings

Some users do not want to be added as a 'watcher' whenever they comment on an issue. I thought I saw that you can 'Disable' Watch your issues from Personal settings. But when I choose that option, it does not allow me to save the change.

Any suggestions?

Have you check some errors in the logs?

If your instance is Cloud, let's check first in the console in the browsers.
