Test View - By Sprint is blank

I am using Zephyr for JIRA cloud and I have integrated the same with JIRA.

Created test cases in Zephyr and linked them to Jira user stories (using the field 'Relates to' in the 'Test' issue type).

Completed test cycles and linked them to the sprint in JIRA (by adding test cycles to the Agile test board - Backlog (By Sprint).

Expected Result - From the documentation I understand that Test View - By Sprint allows users to see the iteration - sprints and the cycles that correspond under them with progress bars. Clicking on a cycle will allow users to see test cases that are a part of that given cycle.

Actual Result - When I click on any cycle under the sprint, nothing is being displayed. The Test View - By Sprint only shows the cycles that are linked and no the execution details appear on the right panel.

Could anyone help in resolving this?
