Tempo Time Sheet Reports

Nandan April 6, 2020

Good Morning,

I want to extract a monthly report of individual user and export into excel sheet

So when I extract data into excel sheet there is a column called "WORK DATE"

In that column I'm getting a dates like

Issue Key       Summary       Hours       Work Date
WEB 1               AAA                 2           02-03-2020
WEB 2               BBB                  1          02-03-2020
WEB 3               CCC                  3          02-03-2020
WEB 4               DDD                 4          03-03-2020
WEB 55             DDD                 4          03-03-2020
WEB 44             DDD                 4          03-03-2020
WEB 42             DDD                 4          04-03-2020
WEB 14             DDD                 4          04-03-2020
WEB 40             DDD                 4          04-03-2020

Here I want that "Work Date" column to be like SUM UP,
To get on all the column data in one date

Example:

Issue Key       Summary       Hours       Work Date
WEB 1               AAA                 2           02-03-2020
WEB 2               BBB                  1
WEB 3               CCC                  3

WEB 4               DDD                 4           03-03-2020
WEB 55             DDD                 4
WEB 44             DDD                 4

WEB 42             DDD                 4           04-03-2020
WEB 14             DDD                 4
WEB 40             DDD                 4

Example which I explained the "Work Date" Format Should Be Only One Date

So please help me to solve this issue while how to get that example data which I mention above.. And Please let me know is there any option to make "Work Dates" into Sum Up

Priority : "VERY HIGH"

Hi Nandan,

the Tempo export is always a complete data dump and not groupable as such. But you could use any excel application and use the Pivot table functionality to achieve that.
Other solutions might be offered by third party reporting tools like EazyBI.

Hi,

This is possible with our app: AIO Reports and Timesheets for Jira

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212942/aio-reports-and-timesheets-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Documentation link:

https://aioreports.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ART/overview

The app integrates with Tempo timesheets to fetch the data from Tempo for reporting.
