I need Tempo Report assistance, where the team is logging effort, but when i generate  tempo report, its not generating report.

Can you please create a ticket for this in our Tempo support system, https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/6, so we can better follow up on this.

Information if you are using the Cloud or Server version is helpful. In case you are using the Server version, please add also the JIRA and Tempo version numbers. 

Can you please also check if you have the permission to view the worklogs of other users in the team (view team worklogs, for Server https://tempo-io.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/THC/pages/437650260/Team+Permissions+-+Tempo+Server or for Cloud https://help.tempo.io/cloud/en/tempo-timesheets/permissions-in-tempo/tempo-team-permissions.html).
