Saber quien creo el ticket

buenas tardes, Comunidad

me gustaría saber si hay alguna columna que me permita visualizar quien creo el ticket, independientemente de quien es el informador. Tener esta información me ayudaria a reconocer quien crea los tickets

Jira has two fields you might want to use:

Reporter - the person the issue is reported by (it is possible for the person creating or editing the issue to change this, but it defaults to the person who is creating the issue)

Creator - the person who physically entered the issue into Jira (cannot be edited, it's always the account that is logged in, or who sent the email to Jira)

Reportero: la persona por la que informa el problema (es posible que la persona que crea o edita el problema cambie esto, pero el valor predeterminado es la persona que está creando el problema)
