We are using jira software 7.13.5 version. we have two priority schemes .one is default one & the other one is customised as per our requirement. In this scheme we made default priority is p4 .
when we send an email to one of our email id (xyz@example.com) jira will generate new ticket for us and it send us email notification with ticket number and description. When we open that ticket in jira, priority is showing as blocker even though we have already attached priority scheme as p4 as default .
Please assist us.
