Outlook hangs (10 sec) on all Jira emails

Got a strange issue here. We use Outlook 365 (exchange). Outlook keeps hanging on ONLY the Jira emails I recieve. It hangs for 5-10 seconds before it displays the email. (pictures in the message are blocked in Outlook as standard so it is not the loading of the pictures that is the issue here) All other emails I get are displayed fine and fast. Any tips on how to get this back to normal display speed?
