Not getting all the newly created issues in Backlog

Edited

Hello,

I have created a SCRUM board with filter, "project = Test AND labels not in (PivotalTracker) ORDER BY Rank ASC".

And when I create new issues, the issues are created in the project but not getting displayed in the Backlog. Any idea what I am missing here.

Also attaching the columns and the status configured in the board. Not sure if that would have any influence on it. Please help me out. Thanks in advance!

Hi Kalpana,

I think you're inadvertantly filtering out issues with no label!  Try adding "or labels = empty" to your query.

Hope this solves it,

Rachel Wright

It worked. Thanks, Rachel!
