Not able to get particular User from particular group while searching in Multiple assignee Field

Hi Team,

 

I have created one custom field with multiple assignee option for one JIRA project. While creating Issue, i need to add some assignee for the same issue. Once I am clicking on select user option in Multiple assignee field and trying to filter users using group name. Once I can select the group, output is 0 users. There are no users showing me from that group.

That group has 20 users in it, but still while filtering it is showing me 0
